Steel fiber is a new and high-performance steel fiber. With steel fiber path design method in general and ordinary concrete, different points: strength of double control standard (tensile strength compressive strength and bending); the content of steel fiber according to the design requirements of the flexural strength is determined; the unit water and sand ratio and fiber content, each adding 0.5% (volume ratio) the steel fiber, the unit water use increased 6kg, sand rate increased by 2%.
Steel fiber reinforced concrete has the same performance as ordinary concrete in mixing, running and construction. Fiber does not play ball and distribute evenly in concrete. It can be produced at commercial concrete mixing plant and can be used for pumping construction. The early slump loss of the steel fiber reinforced concrete is larger, the loss of 30 minutes is 32%, and the loss of 2 hours is 42%. The actual working property of steel fiber reinforced concrete is better than the common concrete with the same slump. Steel fiber concrete has good material performance, compared with ordinary concrete, the compressive strength increased from 2 to 20%; the flexural strength increases from 20 to 50%; the splitting tensile strength increases from 20 to 40%; the wear resistance is increased about 40%, its physics performance can fully meet the requirements of city road engineering and other supporting components needs of manhole cover technical indicators. Steel fiber rough and clean surface can be firmly combined with cement paste in concrete, which is the fundamental reason for milling steel fiber to improve various properties of concrete.
In addition, high strength steel fiber reinforced concrete in railway sleeper prefabrication, highway expansion joints, cement concrete pavement, cast-in-situ precast production, construction and other aspects have been widely used, its excellent performance can achieve good economic and social environmental benefits.

HOW TO APPLY MACROFIBER:
Our fiber has previously been packed into bundles of 5.29-5.64 oz (150-160 grams), as seen on prior images. In packages of 2.14 lbs (1.3 kg) packaging comes with 8 decks as showed. In 1 cubic meter of concrete (M3), 8 bags of cement is used. It all depends on the desired degree of quality according to the standard and resistance related to compression tests on samples of concrete at 28 days. Mostly one deck is used 5.47 oz (156 grams) of fiber per sack of cement from 80 to 94 lbs. Disperse each deck slowly as cement, sand and stone aggregate (if any). In concrete mixers, disperse few “bundles” as needed per m3 in the conveyor belt slowly.
